A survey on flow cytometry vocabulary and metadata dedicated to marine sciences

We invite you to contribute in a questionnaire entitled “Flow Cytometry vocabulary standardization Questionnaire”. The aim is to gather the most common Flow Cytometry metadata and data vocabulary used in the various datasets recorded worldwide. Based on your experience, we also ask your feedback on clusters names and definitions, as you use them in your works and publications.

This survey is carried out within the framework of SeaDataCloud project (https://www.seadatanet.org/). One objective is to build a common vocabulary in order to standardize, validate and guarantee a long-term storage and access of flow cytometry datasets.

The survey is very detailed but will take only about 15 minutes to be completed. Please click the link below to go to the survey Web site.

We thank you very much in advance to contribute and to provide the best of your knowledge in order to make flow cytometry applied to marine microbiology a robust and worldwide used dataset with a well-accepted standard vocabulary.
